DISTRIBUTORS & ORDERING

Signs must be ordered through sign supply distributors. A disc, e-mail file, drawing or sketch should be submitted along with a written order. Acknowledgement copies of all orders will be sent for your check of their accuracy. The customer will be responsible for advising immediately of any discrepancies, also the customer will be responsible for the interpretation of any verbal orders not followed by a written confirmation with in 24 hours. Quote numbers should accompany all orders. Orders without quote numbers will be priced at time of order.

When sending a file, we prefer vector art and all fonts converted to outlines. Gerber PLT Composer, GAD,EPS vector, AI CS6 or lower, PFD vector or CDR x7 format.

DIGITALLY PRINTED ART FILE

Send files no larger than 10MB.
For pan faces with white return and flanges make print size ½ inch smaller on each size. For painted return and flanges make print size 1-1/6” smaller on all sides. There will be a 1/16” overlap of paint over print. Please include PMS colors of items in file so that we know what colors to match final print to. (Printed and painted colors will not match exactly when sign is lit.)
Always enlarge art to full size and view at actual size to make sure it is not pixelated.
